My husband is Baba’s gift to me (Latha Bhandarkar)

When my parents were looking for a groom for me I went to Baba’s temple and asked Him, “Please tell me if he is the right man for me”. Shortly afterwards, I visited a Devi temple and a flower dropped from the devi’s idol when I was standing before it. I believed that this was the answer I was looking for. 

My husband is also a staunch Sai devotee. He told me later that a Sai devotee recommended me as a suitable girl for him. After our wedding, we went to Shirdi together. That was my first visit to Shirdi. I believe that Sai Baba has blessed us and brought us together as a couple. I believe that my husband is Baba’s gift to me! 

After moving to the U.S, we formed a group of Sai devotees and started holding bhajans at home. Now, we are regular volunteers at the tempe for pujas and events. We both find a deep satisfaction in this Seva (service).
